One 8’ x 8’ booth, 8’ high back drape, 3’ high draped side rails, 6’ draped table, company identification sign, two chairs, waste basket and company listing in conference literature. Friday evening cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening entertainment are also included.
Friday evening from 7-10pm exhibitors will have the opportunity to meet with Speed Script customers and staff at the trade show expo and cocktail reception. Throughout the day on Saturday we will have conference breaks where you will have 30-90 minute opportunities to meet with conference attendees. In total, exhibitors will have over 5.5 hours of interaction with conference attendees. The trade show floor will be open the following times:

Sponsors will have the opportunity to increase visibility for their organization at the conference. Your company logo will also be displayed in the conference brochure, pre-conference email blasts and on the conference website. Sponsors will also have the opportunity to submit a full-page flyer that will be inserted into the conference packets. Sponsorship opportunities can be found on the exhibitor registration page. Due to the limited storage available at the Hotel. We ask that items be sent no more than three (3) business days prior to function date. Please follow the instructions below:* Hotel must be notified in advance that materials are being sent. The Hotel must be informed of the quantity, arrival date and shipper at least one working day in advance of the delivery. Each piece received must be labeled with Name of Function, Date of Function, and Event Manager’s Name, Madison Phillips. Catering Services will be responsible for the delivery of your packages to your designated room. The guest or organization is responsible for sealing and labeling boxes and contacting the shipping company to make the shipping and billing arrangements. The Hotel will store properly sealed and labeled materials for up to two (2) days following the function.
